Name, phone number, email address, preferred appointment details, the text of your message or portfolio inquiry, and the technical data needed to deliver the form (timestamp, page address). We do not collect payment card data on this website.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process your data to answer inquiries, arrange tattoo consultations and bookings, and record consumer requests. The basis is your consent and the pre-contractual steps you request, under Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zakhyst personalnykh danykh» № 3993-IX. Service, price, hygiene and risk information is given before you book, as required by Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv» № 1023-XII and Zakon Ukrainy «Pro elektronnu komertsiiu» № 675-VIII.
4. Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working. Any other cookie that processes personal data is set only after your prior informed consent, which you may withdraw at any time (№ 3993-IX).
5. Retention and sharing
Inquiry data is kept for no longer than 24 months after the last contact, or longer where a consumer claim or legal duty requires it. We never sell personal data; access is limited to authorised staff and to hosting or email providers acting on our instructions.
