1. Hygiene practices
Work areas, tools and surfaces are cleaned before and after each procedure. Needles, cartridges, gloves, razors and pigment cups are single-use. Reusable items are cleaned and disinfected per manufacturer instructions; hand hygiene is performed before and after every session.
2. Sterilisation ledger
Reusable non-disposable instruments are cleaned, packed and sterilised. Each cycle is logged with date, load, equipment and operator. Records are kept and may be inspected on request during a studio visit.
3. No guarantees
We do not guarantee a specific healing outcome, absence of infection or allergic reaction, or a particular visual result. Risks are explained at consultation. Service, price, terms and hygiene information is given before booking (Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Protection» No. 1023-XII; Law of Ukraine «On Advertising» No. 270/96-VR).
4. Permits on request
You may request available permits, disinfection and sterilisation records, and artist qualification documents by email or in person. This policy does not state that any licence or permit not held by us has been obtained.
5. Aftercare
Written aftercare instructions are issued after each session. Follow them and seek advice from a healthcare professional if unusual symptoms appear. We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
6. Complaints
Send complaints to contact@quijcksolutions.com or +380 955 691 6732 with your name, service date and description. We reply within 30 calendar days (Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Protection» No. 1023-XII).
