2. Information before booking

Before booking you receive clear information on the tattoo service, price, terms, risks, hygiene arrangements and the business, per Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII.

3. Booking and consultation

Bookings are made by form or email. Custom work requires a consultation; the artist confirms design, size, placement and number of sessions.

4. Prices and estimates

Quoted prices are estimates until design and size are confirmed. The final price is confirmed in writing before the session.

5. Deposit and cancellation

A deposit secures the appointment and is credited to the final price. Reschedule at least 48 hours in advance; later cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit.

6. Age

Services are provided only to persons aged 18 or over; photo ID is required.

7. Hygiene and safety

Single-use needles and sterile consumables are used. Hygiene, portfolio and result statements are truthful and substantiated as required by Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR.

8. Aftercare and liability

You receive written aftercare instructions. Healing depends on individual factors and on following aftercare. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

9. Complaints

Send claims to contact@quijcksolutions.com or the address above; we reply within 30 days, per Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII.

10. Personal data and cookies

Names, phone numbers, emails and booking details are processed on the basis of your consent under Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3993-IX. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice.

11. Language

Consumer information is available in Ukrainian; this English version is additional, per Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language" No. 2704-VIII.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, including Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII.
