Age Policy

Tattoo procedures and tattoo consultations are provided only to adults aged 18 or over. This policy explains age checks and consent.

1. Minimum age: 18

No tattoo procedure is performed for a person under 18, including with parental consent or a guardian present. Consultations linked to a tattoo service are also adult-only.

2. Valid identification

You must show an original photo ID before the booking is confirmed and again on arrival:

passport or national ID card;
residence permit or another age-confirming document, for non-residents.

We do not keep copies or photos of ID; only the fact of age verification is recorded.

3. Booking and consent

Under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII and Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII, you receive clear information on the service, price, terms, hygiene arrangements and risks before booking, and your consent to the procedure is recorded in writing.

Names, phone numbers, emails and booking details are processed on the basis of your consent, as set out in our Privacy Policy under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3993-IX.

4. Refusal of service

We may refuse a procedure where age cannot be confirmed, ID appears altered, or the client appears intoxicated. This protects client health and follows Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII.
